Controller & Processor Roles
Wirebird Digital Ltd acts as a data processor for prospect/candidate data stored in customer workspaces. Wirebird acts as a data controller for platform operational data including user accounts, usage analytics, and diagnostic traces.
How to request access to data
There are different routes depending on what data you are asking about:

If you are asking about data Wirebird holds about you directly
For example account, support, billing, login, telemetry, or contact records. Contact us at privacy@wirebird-digital.co.uk. -
If you appeared in a customer's Vyndra search or list
Our customer is usually the controller of that candidate/prospect data. We will help identify the relevant customer and route your request to them where appropriate. We may only disclose customer-controlled search or list data where instructed by that customer or otherwise legally required. -
If you are a Vyndra customer asking for your workspace or account data
Contact us at privacy@wirebird-digital.co.uk or use the in-product settings and admin tools where available.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding.
We aim to respond without undue delay and within applicable legal timeframes.
We will record and handle requests according to our data protection process.
